The things you actually use

We are a small building, so we do not try to be a resort. There is no spa, no lobby bar and no resort fee. What we do have are the amenities that matter on a beach trip, kept clean and ready: a pool in the courtyard, a kitchen in every unit, a parking space for your car, a laundry room and a very short walk to the sand.

Every unit is cleaned and inspected before every arrival. Fresh linens are on the bed and the basics are stocked. If something is missing or not working, call or text us and a real person will help.

In your unit

The amenity we cannot build: the location

Pompano Breeze is at 3217 NE 9th St, about a 2-minute walk from Pompano Beach. That walk is the reason most guests choose us. You do not need to load the car, find beach parking or feed a meter. Walk over in the morning, come back for lunch, and go again in the afternoon.

How the amenities fit a real day

Here is a typical day for our guests. Coffee in your kitchen. A 2-minute walk to the beach with borrowed chairs and towels. Back for lunch at your own table, then a swim in the courtyard pool while the sun is high. A load of laundry for the sandy swimsuits. Dinner in, or a short drive out with the car you parked for free.

None of that needs a front desk, a shuttle or a wristband. It works because the building is small, everything is close, and the beach is at the end of a short walk rather than a drive.

Built for long stays as well as short ones

The guest laundry and the kitchens matter most to guests who stay a week or longer. If you are planning a weekly stay or a monthly stay, you can pack less and cook more. Snowbirds who bring a car for the winter keep it in their free space the whole time.

What we don’t have

We would rather tell you now than have you find out at check-in. There is no restaurant, gym or spa on site, and pets are not allowed, though service animals are welcome as the law requires. What you get instead is a calm, clean building, a short walk to the beach and a real person who answers when you call.

Clean every time

One amenity is not on any list, and it matters more than the rest: the place is clean. Every unit is cleaned and inspected before every arrival, from the kitchen counters to the bathroom tile. Beds are made with fresh linens, towels are folded, and the basics are stocked so your first morning starts with coffee instead of a store run.

During your stay, we are close by. If a light goes out or you need extra towels, call or text (954) 256-1111. A real person answers, and we fix things quickly. That is the part of a stay that a bigger hotel often cannot match, and it is the part we care about most.
