House rules at Pompano Breeze
A short list that keeps the building clean, quiet and easy for everyone. Most of it is common sense.

Arriving and leaving
Check-in is at 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM. That window gives us time to clean and inspect every unit before the next guest arrives, which is the whole point of staying here.
If your flight or drive puts you outside those times, tell us when you book. We can’t promise early check-in or late check-out, but we’ll always tell you what’s possible.
Minimum stay
Every booking is at least two nights. Planning a longer visit? Ask us about longer stays, or read about our snowbird rentals.
Parking
Parking on site is free, with one space per unit. If you are bringing a second car, let us know before you arrive so we can talk through your options.
Pets
We do not allow pets. Service animals are welcome as required by law.
A quiet courtyard
The units face a shared courtyard, so voices carry. Please keep noise low in the courtyard and around the pool, especially early in the morning and late at night. Families and long-stay guests come here for calm, and we’d like to keep it that way.
No parties or events
Pompano Breeze is not a party place. Please don’t host parties or events, and keep visitors to a sensible number. If you’re unsure whether something counts, ask us first.
Pool safety
- Swim at your own risk.
- Children must be supervised at all times in and around the pool.
- Please leave the pool deck tidy for the next guest.
Looking after your unit
Treat the unit like a friend’s place. If something breaks or doesn’t work, tell us straight away and we’ll sort it. You won’t get in trouble for reporting it. Beach towels and chairs are available, so there’s no need to take the bath towels to the sand.

Each unit has one free parking space on site. Tell us before you arrive if you have a second car.

What happens if something breaks during my stay?
Tell us right away by phone, text or email. A real person will answer and we’ll get it fixed.
