How the pool works
The pool sits in a private courtyard, surrounded by our studios and suites and a few palm trees. It is for guests of Pompano Breeze, so it stays calm. There are loungers and an umbrella for shade, and beach towels are available to borrow.
There is a shark mosaic on the pool floor that kids tend to spot first, and the units open onto the courtyard, so the pool is never far away. We will go over the pool rules at check-in, and our house rules cover the rest of the stay. Children should always be supervised.
Pool and beach, both in one day
Because the pool and the beach are so close together, you do not have to choose. Spend the morning in the ocean, come back to rinse off and eat lunch, then cool down in the pool in the afternoon. The courtyard is calm, which suits families with small kids and long-stay guests who want a quiet spot to read.
