Two ways to stay, one quiet building

Pompano Breeze is a single boutique building at 3217 NE 9th St in Pompano Beach. There is no lobby, no tower and no crowd at the elevator. The units face a private courtyard pool, and the beach is about a 2-minute walk away, so you can leave the car parked for the whole trip.

We keep it simple. There are two unit types: studios for two or three guests and suites for four or five. Every unit is cleaned and inspected before you arrive, and the same people who answer the phone look after the building.

Which one fits your trip

• Studios sleep 2 to 3 and have a kitchenette. Good for couples, solo travelers and short beach breaks.
• Suites sleep 4 to 5 with a bedroom, a living room and a kitchen. Good for families and longer stays.
• Both share the courtyard pool, the guest laundry and free on-site parking, one space per unit.

Short trips and long ones

The minimum stay is two nights. Many guests stay a week, and some stay through the winter. If you are planning more than a few nights, the pages below explain how each kind of stay works here. For anything longer than a week, ask us about longer stays and we will tell you what is open.

Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Beach towels and chairs are here for you to borrow, so you do not need to pack them. We do not allow pets, though service animals are welcome as the law requires. The full list is on our house rules page.

Why guests book direct

When you book with us directly there are no platform fees added at checkout. You also talk to a real person. Calls, texts and emails come to us, before your trip and while you are here. If you have a question about a specific unit or date, get in touch or go straight to check availability.

What to expect when you arrive

Check-in is at 4 PM. Pull into your free parking space, one per unit, and your door is a few steps away. The unit has been cleaned and inspected since the last guest left. Fresh linens are on the bed, towels are folded, and the kitchen or kitchenette has the basics you need for the first morning.

Studios and suites, side by side

The difference comes down to space. A studio is one well-kept room with a bed, a kitchenette and a private bathroom. It suits two people well and three comfortably for a short trip. A suite adds a separate bedroom and a living room, and the kitchenette becomes a kitchen with a dining table. With kids, a suite means bedtime does not end the evening for the adults.

Both share everything outside the door: the courtyard pool, the guest laundry, the beach towels and chairs, and the short walk to the sand. Not sure which to book? Tell us who is coming and how long you are staying, and we will suggest the right fit.

Who stays with us

Most of our guests fall into two groups. Families come for spring break, summer and the holidays, usually for a long weekend or a week. Snowbirds come in winter and stay for weeks or months. Both want the same things: quiet, a kitchen, a clean place and the beach without a drive. That is what we built this building around.
